COLORADO
The project is part of the extension of the Zambazamba project, an IWRM pilot project implemented in the municipality of Nasandratrony since March 2014. In order to best enhance the investments made in terms of Drinking Water Supply (AEP) by the Decentralized Cooperation program between the Metropolis of Lyon (ML) and the Haute-Matsiatra Region (RHM), the various technical, institutional and financial partners of this project wished to plan its replication in 6 other municipalities and 9 other catchment areas of the Region Upper Matsiatra.
The general objective of Kolorano (sustainable water management in Malagasy) is to reconcile water security and food security for populations in the catchment areas of intervention.
